This privacy policy applies to the Travel.Mind app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Anastasiya Kharashkevich (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Your device's approximate location (if location permission is granted)

The Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical position and use it in the following ways:

• Geolocation Services: To provide personalized content, nearby recommendations, and location-based navigation features.
• Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior and improve the Application.
• Third-Party Services: Location data may be shared in anonymized form with third-party services to enhance the Application experience.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, or marketing promotions.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information, such as authentication data when signing in via Google or Apple. This information will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

The Application uses third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI) to generate personalized audio and text content. Such content is generated based on user requests and location. While designed to be helpful, AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI services.

The Application includes in-app purchases, including subscriptions, one-time access, and the ability to purchase virtual currency ("coins") for premium voice content. These purchases are handled by the App Store and are subject to their billing terms. Coins are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. Your information may be shared with third parties only in the ways described in this privacy policy.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies for handling data. These include:

• Google Play Services
• Apple
• OpenAI
• Qonversion

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or comply with legal requests;
• With trusted service providers who act on behalf of the Service Provider under confidentiality agreements.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes available via your mobile device or app marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. If you wish to delete the data, please contact travel.mind@gmail.com, and your request will be processed within a reasonable time.

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be promptly deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately.

The Service Provider takes appropriate precautions to safeguard your information, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
