By downloading, installing, or using the Travel.Mind mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travel.Mind ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Travel.Mind is an AI-powered audio guide application that generates audio stories and information about nearby landmarks, points of interest, museums, and other locations. The App uses artificial intelligence to create personalized audio content based on your location and the places you visit or photograph.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Audio stories and descriptions provided by Travel.Mind are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide accurate, informative, and engaging content, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
AI-generated content should be treated as supplementary information and not as authoritative historical, scientific, or factual reference material. We recommend verifying important information through official and authoritative sources.
The App requires access to your device's location services and camera to function properly. Location data is used to identify nearby points of interest and generate relevant audio stories. Camera access is used for the "scan to discover" feature, which identifies landmarks and artworks you photograph.
You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the App's functionality.
You agree to use the App in a lawful and responsible manner. You agree not to:
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, logos, and data within the App are owned by Travel.Mind or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Travel.Mind's trademarks or intellectual property without our prior written permission.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including mapping services and content providers. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travel.Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on inaccurate navigation or story content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel.Mind and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
